Riding Lessons

We offer group and private riding lessons, for adults and children ages 4 plus, Monday through Saturday.

Programs for both recreational and competitive riders, including beginners.

Flexible, affordable packages making it easy to reach your goals.

Ride occassionally, once per week, or up to five lessons weekly with our very popular, unlimited package.

Lesson Prices:

·Single lesson, pay as you go $60.00

·One lesson per week, paid in advance monthly $170

·Unlimited lesson package, up to 3 lessons per week $280

Postdated cheques required with lesson packages.

Makeup lessons available when a minimum of three hours notice of cancellation is provided.

All prices apply to either 30 minute private or 1 hour group lessons.

All students regardless of age will wear a proper fitting, safety approved riding helmet at all times when mounted, as well as appropriate boots with a heel.

Competitive Riders

All students are offered the opportunity to compete. We have a variety of quality show horses with experience and success at various levels from Short Stirrups, through Jumper.

Competitive students are required to be enrolled in the unlimited lesson package year round, to best prepare for the show ring.

We invite our riders to join us at all Bronze/Silver shows in our zone, select Gold shows and our novice riders to participate in various entry level shows.

8 horse/rider teams prepare a mounted presentation, beginning in October.

Parents, family, friends are invited the week of Christmas to share in a wonderful play, the Musical Ride and refreshments in the tack room !

2013 Show Results

Looking back on the 2013 season it has been one of our best!

Fabulous riding, lots of ribbons and most of all, we had fun!

Congratulations to our riders who attended the Dwyer Hill Show Series, many of whom have qualified for a year end award at the banquet October 19th!

Stephanie and Topline finish as Reserve Champions in the Bronze Hack Division after a great season of being either Champion or Reserve Champion at every show they attended!

They also qualified for and attended the Trillium Championships in September, representing us beautifully!

Topline has been an amazing partner for Stephanie for the last three years, working together they have achieved success in both hunter and jumper.

In 2014 he will be ready to teach another one of our riders, while Stephanie begins her journey in the jumper ring on our wonderful Hanoverian Stallion Rip'n Rio Z.

Our season ended on such a beautiful sunny Sunday with our own schooling show, Sunday September 29th.

It for sure was an awesome day filled with fun and exceptional riding.

The family spirit of cheering each other on, lots of laughs and a most relaxed atmosphere, is what made it so special.

Thanks to all parents for taking a role, visitors who we ran out of parking for and riders for participating and doing such a super job!

2014 Show Season

What a great season it has been!

Our new 4 Show series was a lot of fun, well attended with excellent riding! Stay tuned for year end point winners to be posted soon!

Our awards banquet is being held Saturday September 27th at the North Gower Bowling Lanes, all are welcome, its much more than an awards banquet...its an open barn party to celebrate a fabulous show season coming to a successful end!

Begins at 6:30pm tickets on sale now $10each.

Congratulations to our Bronze/Silver riders for a wonderful season as well!

Stephanie Bunda although one of her horses sold after the first show and her other horse was injured she is now partnered with a lovely new 6yr old Selle Francais mare Julana, they look forward to the last few shows this fall and are sure to be competitive in 2015!

Huge congratulations to Liana McPhail and Experiment 626 who have been consistently in the top 3 in Equitation and Bronze Medal all season, fabulous hard work on her young mare!

Also very pleased with Amanda Langfield making her debut this season on Alberta Bound and of course placing well in Short Stirrups!

Congratulations to Leia Abramson on the purchase of her new mare Icicle Dreams they were wonderful at their first show and will be ready to compete in the Bronze Jumpers in 2015.
